Garlic Thyme Sauce

Add garlic; cook 30 seconds. Add broth and cream. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently, uncovered, for 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened and reduced by half, stirring occasionally. Cut about 1/2 inch from tops of garlic heads to expose cloves and discard tops. Rub beef all over with cut sides of garlic and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons thyme, pressing to adhere.
